The Pink Life Saver at Fort Collins High School

To honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month, today, October 20, 2014, the Pink Life Saver made the trek from University of Colorado Hospital in Denver to offer mobile mammography screenings to Fort Collins High School employees.  How convenient and easy is that?  Teachers and staff were able to get a quick, 3-D tonosynthesis mammogram, right on school grounds – WITHOUT having to schedule time off of work to receive this very important screening.

The Pink Life Saver is a state-of-the-art mobile mammography unit that utilizes sophisticated imaging technology, right inside of the RV!  Amazing!

This is where the mammogram actually takes place.
